1. 个人信息收集须知
根据《个人信息保护法》，我们将按以下内容收集并提供报名者的个人信息。
• 接收个人信息的单位: hellolive Inc., A.R,A
• 收集项目 : 姓名，出生日期，联系方式，邮箱地址，国籍, hellolive ID
• 收集目的 : 视频通话活动应募
• 使用期间 : 达成使用目的后销毁（活动结束后7日内）
2. 1人1账号应募
每个账号仅限一名应募者参加，多重应募将不被采纳。
※ 应募后请务必在MY BOX确认应募情况。
未在报名期间确认而产生的问题，报名结束后将不予受理相关咨询。
📌 hellolive 视频通话须知
1) 视频通话会通过hellolive APP进行。
2) 活动开始前，会提前发送推送通知。
※ 请务必在APP内设置中开启推送通知。
3) 活动仅限使用应募时填写的 hellolive 账户参与，应募后不可更改账户。
4) 活动当天将开放用于活动和测试通话的聊天室，参与者可在该聊天室与工作人员进行交流。
5) 请务必保持在聊天室内等待，只有进入聊天室后才能进行通话连接，请等待至您的顺序到来。
6) 视频通话系统内置计时器， 达到预定时间后通话将自动结束。
📌 hellolive Test Call须知
1. Test Call
本活动进行前，为了确认参与者本人及通话连接状态，会进行Test Call。
未完成Test Call的用户将无法参与本活动，敬请务必确认Test Call时间并按时参加。
2. 用于身份确认的身份证明
除以下身份证件外，其他方式无法进行身份确认，且仅接受带照片的实体身份证件进行核验。
（不接受照片拍摄件、扫描件、居民登记抄本、户口本等形式。）
•韩国籍成人：身份证、驾照、护照
•韩国籍（未成年人）：青少年证、护照、标注出生日期的小学/初中/高中学生证、国家公认资格证
•外国人：护照或外国人登录证（Foreigner: Passport or alien registration card only）
※ 所有身份证件须在有效期内，过期证件无效。
※ 除韩国籍未成年人外，学生证（包括大学生证）不可作为身份证明使用。身份证件须在有效期内。
※ 应募者姓名与身份证姓名不符时，将无法参与本次活动。

Illegal Ticket Transaction
- Any suspicious or confirmed cases of illegal ticket transactions are identified, the tickets will be confiscated without refund or prior notice after verifying the ticket information.
- For all inquiries related to illegal ticket transactions, please contact cs@hellolive.tv and provide evidence of the transaction (hellolive account ID). Please note that we will not reply to reporting emails, but we will make sure to take action.
Guidelines for Watching
- The chat room will open 30 minutes before the advanced event starts. Please take advantage of interacting with others in the chat room.
- Please be aware that in case of any delays in the on-site event start time, the online live streaming may also experience a delay.
Online Live Streaming Guidelines
- During the online live streaming, real-time AI subtitles will be provided.
(English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Spanish)
- Please note that simultaneous access from multiple devices using one account is not allowed. If simultaneous access occurs, the previous device will be automatically disconnected.
- For seamless viewing, we recommend connecting with an internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher. Depending on your personal network environment, there may be issues such as buffering, reduced video quality, or sound problems. Please be aware of this before making a purchase.
- Using 3G/LTE may increase data usage.
- Unauthorized distribution or alteration of the content without the copyright owner's consent is considered copyright infringement and may lead to legal consequences.
- Starting and ending times may be subject to change depending on the on-site situation.
